At Tammy’s Nails, we are committed to providing high-quality nail services in a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. To help us serve everyone effectively and maintain the best experience for all guests, please review our policies below.
1. Appointment Booking & Cancellations
Appointments
We recommend booking in advance, especially during weekends, holidays, and peak hours. Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are running late, kindly call us as soon as possible.
Cancellation / Reschedule Policy
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in a required deposit for future bookings or the inability to book future appointments.
2. Health, Safety & Hygiene
Your safety and well-being — as well as that of our team — are our top priorities.
- We follow strict sanitation and sterilization protocols in line with health regulations.
- All tools and equipment are properly cleaned, disinfected, and/or sterilized after each use.
- Single-use disposable items (files, buffers, toe separators, etc.) are used whenever possible.
- We maintain proper ventilation and use safe, high-quality products.
Please inform us before your service if you have:
- Any allergies (products, latex, acrylic, gel, etc.)
- Open cuts, sores, infections, or skin conditions on hands/feet
- Any medical conditions (diabetes, poor circulation, etc.)
For your safety, we may decline or modify services if we observe open wounds, active infections, or other conditions that could pose a health risk.
3. Service Guarantee & Touch-Ups
We stand behind our work. If you experience lifting, chipping, or service-related issues within 7 days of your appointment, please contact us promptly (photos are helpful).
We offer complimentary touch-ups within 7 days for minor issues (e.g., one nail lift or chip) when the damage is due to our service — not normal wear, improper aftercare, or external damage.
Touch-ups are not provided for:
- Normal wear and tear after 7 days
- Damage from activities (gym, household chores, swimming, etc.)
- Allergic reactions (please inform us beforehand)
- Nails altered by another salon or yourself
4. Children & Guests
- Only clients receiving services are allowed in the service area.
- Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult and are not permitted in the pedicure area for hygiene reasons.
5. Payments
We accept cash, major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.), and mobile payments.
6. General Expectations
- Please keep phones on silent or low volume to maintain a relaxing atmosphere.
- We reserve the right to refuse service for inappropriate behavior or safety concerns.
7. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Photos of your nails may be taken for our portfolio or social media. Please inform us at the start of your appointment if you prefer not to be photographed.
